Grant is no stranger to One Alliance Companies. After interning with us last year and contributing to underwriting, financial analysis, and investment research, we’re thrilled to officially welcome him back to the team. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with dual degrees in Economics and Mathematics, Grant combines strong analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. Before beginning his commercial real estate career, he successfully founded and operated his own business in the Lake Norman area, giving him firsthand experience in the challenges and opportunities business owners and investors face every day.
That combination of analytical thinking and real-world business ownership allows Grant to approach commercial real estate from an investor’s perspective – helping clients evaluate opportunities, understand market trends, and make informed decisions that support their long-term investment goals.
