One Alliance Companies is excited to welcome The Flow Room to Oak Point Plaza in Anderson, SC!

The Flow Room is a community-inspired space for all levels of yoga. With its bright design, it ignites high energy and vibes that translate into your practice. Prepare to have fun and let go of perfection! We offer a variety of classes (heated and non-heated) with experienced teachers. We like to take from other various fitness practices and integrate them into some of our classes for that extra *chefs kiss*

The Flow room also offers The Chill Room—which is our Spartan Warrior Willpower cold plunge,  your opportunity to kickstart the benefits of your yoga practice PLUS more! *heart eyes* 

Inspired by her home studio in California, E500RYT YACEP, Caitlin Chupek, wanted to bring the energy, love, and community that made her fall in love with this practice many years ago. 

Memberships, passes and all the things are scheduled to be available June 1, with a tentative public open date of 6/17!
