Leah brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate and business brokerage experience as a Broker-in-Charge, State Managing Broker, and business owner. Most recently, she served as Commercial Designated Managing Broker for North and South Carolina, overseeing 400+ agents and $500MM+ in transaction volume. Her background spans brokerage operations, compliance, agent education, complex negotiations, and building scalable systems that support both agents and clients.
In her role as Director of Brokerage, Leah will focus on expanding brokerage services, strengthening client relationships, mentoring agents, and fostering a culture of ethical growth and collaboration across One Alliance Companies.
