Position Description:
This opportunity is a for a full-time Commercial Leasing Broker. As a Commercial Leasing Broker at One Alliance Companies, you will be responsible for servicing existing leasing assignments, building and maintaining long term relationships with existing and new clients, negotiating, managing and closing commercial lease transactions. You will work closely with property owners, investors, tenants and OAC staff to ensure transactions are closed timely and in accordance with client’s needs. Additionally, you will be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and possess strong analytical skills to prepare market reports, financial analyses, market lease rates and trends.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years commercial leasing experience
– Minimum of 50 closed commercial lease transactions
– Active Real Estate license and an understanding of real estate laws and regulations
– Reliable transportation
