Position Overview
The Director of Brokerage will be entrusted with the responsibility of leading, supervising and supporting brokerage services and ensures the successful execution of the firm’s commercial real estate strategy. The Director’s expertise, mentorship and leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive, productive and successful work environment.

Desired Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in similar role required
  • Self-starting, professional and proactive work ethic
  • A proven record of effective leadership skills, successful team-building and achieving goals
  • Deep market knowledge and experience in commercial real estate transactions
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational written and verbal skills
  • Strong leadership, financial, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Possess mathematical aptitude
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Possess reliable transportation
