With a remarkable journey that began at CBRE-Albany in 2007, Brenda brings with her a wealth of experience garnered from a successful career in commercial property management and real estate brokerage. Her expertise spans the Capital Region and New York, where she has showcased her proficiency as a Salesperson since 2004 and as an Associate Broker since 2007. At CBRE-Albany, Brenda has honed her skills in leasing, selling, and providing expert counsel on various properties and portfolios, including office, light industrial, and investment real estate. Her adeptness in lease and financial analysis has been a cornerstone of her investment sales endeavors. Notably, Brenda’s tenure as a property manager has seen her actively involved in transactions involving over 5 ½ million square feet of office and industrial real estate, alongside the management of more than 1 million square feet of space. Her dedication to professional development is evident through her attainment of esteemed designations such as Real Property Administrator (RPA), Facility Management Administrator (FMA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI), and the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute in 2008. Brenda’s extensive background and accolades underscore her as an invaluable asset to our team, and we eagerly anticipate her contributions to further elevate our property management endeavors.
