Frank Sproviero has been active in commercial real estate brokerage and management for over 30 years, starting his professional career in the late 90’s handling all types of retail, office, mixed use, hospitality and multi-family assets. Frank was the founding partner of One Alliance Companies in 2014, with a focus on providing commercial asset management services to its local, regional and national clients. By establishing strategic partnerships with the industries finest, the company has grown methodically, adding brokerage, building services and insurance divisions over the years and a goal to add lending and development services in the near future.

Frank has been involved with various boards and industry organizations, including IREM, where he earned the internationally observed Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
