Chris has been active in commercial Building Services for over 10 years, starting his professional career in HVAC handling all types of retail, office, mixed use, hospitality and multi-family assets. Chris was a founding co-partner of One Alliance Companies (Building Services Division) in 2020, with a focus on providing commercial asset maintenance services to its local, regional and national clients. By establishing strategic partnerships with the industry’s finest, the company has grown methodically, adding General Contracting, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Roofing.
